Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping/receiving activities across multiple warehouse locations
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Process international/domestic shipments with compliance documentation
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and resolve transit issues
- Generate shipping manifests and track deliveries in real-time
- Optimize load planning to maximize container/truck utilization
- Train staff on shipping protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
