Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping operations, including carrier selection and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests for shipping materials
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
