Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules using TMS software
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations with ERP systems
- Liaise with carriers to optimize freight rates and delivery timelines
- Prepare customs documentation and compliance paperwork for cross-border shipments
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to meet client delivery requirements
- Generate shipping reports and KPI analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety training preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
