Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using WMS/TMS systems
- Liaise with freight carriers to arrange pickups and track transit
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
