Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end international shipping operations for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage customs brokerage documentation and compliance with CBP regulations
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts for cost/time efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and provide proactive client updates
- Resolve logistics disruptions and implement contingency solutions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for seamless cargo consolidation
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of international shipping coordination experience
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and export compliance
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Customs Broker or CSCP credentials preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent shipments under tight deadlines
