- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS and provide proactive updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and mitigate transit delays
- Liaise with customs brokers for international clearance
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for inventory alignment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
