Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipments, tracking, and documentation across multiple carriers
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Manage customs clearance and compliance documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and loading
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvements in shipping processes and KPIs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with LTL/FTL experience
- Proficient in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Customs Broker or CSCP designation strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekend/on-call rotations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
