Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize domestic/international shipping routes using TMS platforms
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, CMRs)
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and service agreements
- Inventory management and warehouse coordination
- Implement cost-reduction strategies in logistics operations
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Expertise in Incoterms® 2020 and customs regulations
- Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and WMS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive shipments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
