Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping logs and inventory movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities to optimize freight spend and carrier selection.
- Assist in resolving logistics issues, including delays, damages, and customs paperwork.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) or WMS software.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
