Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations, including documentation, carrier selection, and customs compliance
- Manage warehouse inventory and track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Liaise with carriers, customers, and customs brokers to resolve shipment delays
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining on-time delivery metrics
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance data
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for border operations
