- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS and ERP systems
- Track and trace shipments while maintaining real-time documentation
- Resolve logistics disruptions and carrier discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient load planning
- Manage customs brokerage for cross-border shipments
- Analyze shipping data to optimize cost and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers and vendors
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
