Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier logistics
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient inventory handling
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Act as primary contact for carrier communications and issue resolution
- Implement shipping process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in shipping or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
