Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams to maintain seamless operations
- Implement and improve shipping protocols using TMS/WMS systems
- Conduct monthly shipping performance analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Proficiency with logistics software (TMS/WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazmat protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma; Supply Chain certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license required
