Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process customs documentation, bills of lading, and shipping manifests
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and provide proactive status updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
