Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track and manage inventory levels to optimize warehouse operations and prevent stockouts
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies proactively
- Maintain accurate shipment records using logistics software (e.g., TMS/WMS systems)
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support order fulfillment timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) or supply chain preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
