Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics for inbound/outbound shipments
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with 3PL providers
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Implement and maintain WMS/TMS system protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in customs brokerage documentation (HTS codes, commercial invoices)
- Advanced knowledge of LTL, FTL, and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and logistics software
- OSHA/Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
