Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via ocean, air, and ground freight
- Maintain accurate documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse teams
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and export compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Associate degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management preferred
