Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) and compliance
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays
- Liaise with carriers, warehouse teams, and clients for smooth execution
- Optimize routes and costs while maintaining delivery SLAs
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping databases
- Collaborate with sales on customer shipping requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Expertise in Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with documentation management experience
- Forklift certification preferred
