Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping processes using WMS/TMS systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize packaging to reduce costs while ensuring product safety
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification preferred
