Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier scheduling
- Track and optimize freight shipments via air, sea, and ground transportation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment databases in our WMS system
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety protocols
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination or related supply chain role
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and export regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
