Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor shipment status, track packages, and resolve delivery issues or delays proactively.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain operational flow.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our logistics management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, DOT compliance, and freight terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
