- Maintain accurate shipping records in logistics software
- Act as primary point of contact for carrier communications
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS and TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
