Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all materials are handled safely and efficiently to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- License: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory tracking; ability to read and understand safety labels and diagrams.
- Attitude: Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
