Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient loading/unloading processes
- Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization to maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
