Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, tracking, and documentation compliance
- Optimize freight routing and carrier negotiations to reduce costs
- Manage inventory control and warehouse receiving/distribution processes
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment status updates
- Collaborate with sales, customs, and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare customs documentation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
