Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inspect machinery for defects and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
