Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare packages for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor belts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and shipping goals.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies regarding lifting and material handling.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 lbs throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
