Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials efficiently and safely.
- Move pallets and inventory items to designated storage locations within the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on warehouse equipment before operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Accurately count, scan, and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and data entry.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
