Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently to maximize warehouse space.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (mandatory).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- No previous forklift experience is necessary; on-the-job training provided.
