Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols.
