Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately according to customer orders and picking slips.
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is attached.
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, or quality issues before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and verifying quantities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
