Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify merchandise to ensure order accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF Guns) to process orders and track inventory.
- Sort, label, and prepare items for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
