About the Role:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for retrieving inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring accuracy across our fulfillment center.

Responsibilities
- Pull and verify items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely with appropriate wrapping and labeling materials.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure quality standards are met before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment to meet daily quotas.
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
