Responsibilities
- Select and pick products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Scan barcodes and verify order details using handheld RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and fulfillment targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate counting and weighing.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
