Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label, tag, and apply appropriate shipping documentation to all packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
