Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and scan products based on customer orders using handheld RF scanners.
- Package items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify order accuracy to minimize returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
