Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to verify inventory counts and update systems.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to meet daily targets and quotas.
- Inspect goods for defects or damages and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and reduce errors.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) with occasional bending.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekend availability.
