Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will ensure that orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and ready for shipment. No heavy lifting experience? No problem! We will teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise for orders using scanning equipment.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Inspect products for defects before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
