Responsibilities
- Efficiently picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners and voice-picking technology.
- Verifying item quantities and descriptions against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Ensuring all packages are securely sealed, labeled, and staged for shipping.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
