Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are securely sealed.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high throughput and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections of workstations and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
