Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from inventory shelves accurately according to customer orders.
- Verify item counts, weights, and descriptions against work orders and packing slips.
- Label packages securely and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in warehousing or logistics is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading labels and picking tickets.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
