Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes and pick items from inventory shelves using handheld scanners or voice-picking technology.
- Package products securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips with physical items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided) to move heavy loads.
- Label packages correctly with shipping addresses and postage.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and processing payments.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
