Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanning devices.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare shipping labels and documents accurately.
- Inspect goods for quality control and report any damaged or defective stock immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading labels and operating machinery.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
