Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items from inventory using scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify order accuracy by checking quantities and product descriptions against work orders.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely as required by training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
