Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify products for orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed, properly labeled, and staged for shipping to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition before processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize picking routes.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move stock as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; no experience required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
