Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and order details.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and label packages correctly for shipment.
- Load and unload shipments onto delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
