As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer comprehensive training, overtime opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick lists with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
