Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end shipping processes, including booking, tracking, and coordination of freight shipments (LTL, FTL, Air, and Ocean).
- Prepare and verify accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and delays proactively.
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve turnaround times.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, DOT guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
