As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Organize warehouse inventory, label stock accurately, and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with order picking and packing operations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift license or certification (on-site training available).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
