Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand English and follow verbal/written instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated individuals.
